Common Questions
The AI narrator isn’t responding
SWEEPS requires an internet connection for AI narration. If the connection is unavailable, the game switches to built-in offline narration automatically. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, restart the app.
Multiplayer features aren’t showing up
Multiplayer requires an internet connection. No iCloud account is needed — SWEEPS uses Supabase for multiplayer. If the network is unavailable, the game runs in single-player mode automatically.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all local save data. To request deletion of your anonymous multiplayer data from our servers, email privacy@sweeps.show with your in-game player name.
Voice input isn’t working
Voice commands require microphone permission. Go to Settings → SWEEPS and make sure Microphone is enabled. Speech recognition is processed on-device and is not recorded or stored.
